1. I enjoy eating Chinese food. 我喜欢吃中国食品。
enjoy 表示"喜爱；享受"，后面跟名词或代词；如果是动词，则只能用动词-ing形式。
类似的动词还有keep, finish, mind等。

2. We can take them to a shopping mall. 我们可以带他们去超市。
take ... to ... 表示"把......带到......"。

3. It is only 40 minutes from the centre of Beijing by underground. 从北京市中心乘地铁只需40分钟。
这句话是表达路程距离概念的一个句子。例如：

这一句型可以抽象为It takes sb. some time to do sth.，表示"花费某人多少时间做某事"。其中it代替后面的做某事。

这里的to go是动词不定式，用作前面的名词place的定语。例如：
This building is a good place to live in. 这幢楼是居住的好地方。

这里的nothing可以用not...anything替换。例如：
